Job Summary:
The Town of Riverview is accepting applications for a part-time Pool Cashier (Customer Service Representative) at the Pat Crossman Memorial Aquatic Centre. This role involves handling cash transactions, performing administrative tasks, and providing information on swimming lessons, admission requirements, and pool rules. Must be 16 years or older to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with patrons and create a welcoming environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and manage financial transactions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating databases, etc.
- Work independently.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and software like ActiveNet.
- Prior knowledge of swimming lessons and lifeguard training is an asset.
- Certification in Workplace CPR/First Aid is an asset.
Hours and Rate of Pay:
- Pay: $15.36 – $15.91 per hour
- Shifts: Evenings (4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), Weekends (8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
