Town of Riverview by-laws are created and enforced in order to maintain the health, safety, and wellness of Riverview residents and visitors. Town by-laws are enacted by Council and maintained and enforced by our Development & Legislative Services department.

Please Note: The by-laws posted on the Town of Riverview website are the unofficial office consolidations and are for reference purposes only. They have no legislative sanction and may not, in all respects, be consistent with the paper version held in the Town Clerk's office. To obtain true and certified copies of by-laws, please contact the Town Clerk's office. The electronic versions are updated on a regular basis with the date of the latest consolidation being indicated after the by-law title.
