All requests to withdraw from a program must refer to the following policy:
Mystery tours, carriage rides and special events:
- Refunds will be issued, minus the $10 administration fee only if the spot can be replaced by a participant on the waiting list. Otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.
Fitness, wellness, swimming lessons and other programs:
If a participant is unsatisfied with a program, or if they are no longer able to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss your eligibility for a refund.
If the Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program due to low numbers, a full refund will be issued.
Once the program has started, eligible credits will be pro-rated. Eligible credits carry a $10 administration fee.
If the Parks and Recreation Department cancels a class one time due to a storm or instructor unavailability, a credit to account will be applied.
