Campfire Circles

A free family-oriented program that allows folks to enjoy a variety of activities near a cozy campfire. Come enjoy snacks, good company, and incredible views with us!

Equipment Loan

During the summer months, Riverview residents can register for the free Equipment Loan program and borrow a variety of fun games for one week at a time.

Junior Leadership

Want to meet new people, go on cool trips, gain valuable work experience, and have an amazing summer with the Town of Riverview?

Riverview's Junior Leadership Program is a volunteer experience for youth between the ages of 13 and 15, running from June until the end of August. It offers leadership experience to 20 Riverview youth every summer.

Parks for All

This weekly program allows people with mobility challenges to explore the beauty of our very own Mill Creek Nature Park. This program is free and open to folks of all-ages. Hop on-board and be driven around the park for a fun, informative adventure!

Walking

Join the friendly, chatty bunch of Wednesday Walkers every Wednesday afternoon for an hour-long walk. With Walk Leaders present, this stroll is designed for any level of walking. All ages and abilities are welcome and go at your own pace!

YOUth Drop-In

Located at the Riverview Community Hall (145A Lakeside Drive), The Riverview Parks & Rec YOUth Drop in Program provides Riverview youth with a safe and engaging space to be active and meet new people! Guests must be between the ages of 12-17. Everyone has a chance to shape the events and activities that happen at the centre. This is a space shaped by YOUth, and for YOUth!
