The “Friends” are a committed group of community volunteers whose contributions of expertise and time are dedicated to guiding the development of Mill Creek Nature Park. Specific development goals include increasing sustainable year-round use of the park trails and spaces, building and nurturing partnerships with community organizations and groups that share in the park vision, and fostering opportunities for conservation education. The Committee does this through ongoing awareness and engagement activities, trail development, and overseeing installation and servicing of park amenities.
