Adoption of the Minutes

• Regular Council Meeting – July 8, 2024

Petitions, presentations & Delegation

• Presentation by Kirk Brewer, Town Planner Plan360, on the JDI Proposal for Rezoning of Coverdale Road (PID 00645754) from Rural Area (RA) to Manufactured Dwelling (MD). 
• Presentation by Jenna Stewart, on the proposed Rezoning of 262 Hillsborough Road (PID 010321244) from Neighbourhood Commerical (NC) to R3 (Multiple Unit Dwelling).  

By-Laws

• By-Law 300-33-6, A by-law to amend the Town of Riverview Municipal Plan (Future Land Use Map CU-C). Council passed the second reading, by section only, and third reading by title only.
• By-Law 300-7-14, A by-law to amend the Town of Riverview Zoning By-Law (Hillsborough Road OS-SC). Council passed the second reading, by section only, and third reading by title only. 

New Business

• Grant Report for August 2024 – Council passed a motion to approve a grant in the amount of $1,000 to the Kerala Association of Moncton for their 2024 Onam Event. 
• Council passed a motion to invite Provincial Election Candidates to address Town Council and present their platform in August or September.
