Programs are organized by age. Simply choose the age group you’re interested in, and you’ll see every available program for that group.

Campfire Circles

A seasonal program offered through the summer; Campfire Circles is a free family-oriented program that allows folks to enjoy a variety of activities near a cozy campfire. Come enjoy snacks, good company, and incredible views with us!

Carriage Rides

Take a trip back in time in a uniquely restored horse drawn carriage with your partner, friends, family or neighbours! Enjoy the sights and sounds of the serene Riverfront Trail marshlands, while taking in the breath-taking views of the city skyline.

Community Drop-In

Join the weekly Community Drop-In for an opportunity to meet new people and possibly learn a new skill. This is a volunteer operated program, for adults of all ages; even new parents with little ones stop by!

The location of this Drop-In may change seasonally as the group decides. Please the Parks and Recreation Office at 506-387-2024 for details.

Equipment Loan

During the summer months, Riverview residents can register for the free Equipment Loan program and borrow a variety of fun games for one week at a time.

This seasonal program allows people with mobility challenges to explore the beauty of Riverview's Mill Creek Nature Park. This program is free and open to folks of all-ages needing assistance into the park. Hop on-board and be driven around the park for a fun, informative adventure!

Recreation in Riverivew

Enjoy some wholesome Recreation in Riverview (R in R) with guided adventures designed for folks of all-ages. This free, family-friendly programing is open to anyone and everyone interested in exploring Mill Creek Nature Park this winter. If there's snow, we'll bring snowshoes and if there's ice, we'll bring Ice Trekkers.

The Riverview Tennis Club is open for play from June until September! Located at 55 Biggs Drive (between the arena and the dog park), all are welcome.
